1. Secure Online Shopping

Online secure credit card payment is made through Mobile 88.com, it is a secure online systems that offer customers safe, accessible, fast, and reliable environment for making payments, your confidential credit card information will automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). PharmacyMalaysia.com do not store your credit card information.

3. How to Purchase

i) Mode of Purchase

You will need to register an account in order to buy any items at PharmacyMalaysia.com. This is a very simple process that takes no longer than 3 minutes of your time. All you need to do is enter your login information, shipping and billing address for your order. You can register an account before or after you have filled your shopping cart. At the checkout point, you will be prompted to enter your existing customer details or register a new account.

4) Mode of Payment

Note: Some credit cards requires to register with the issuing bank before purchasing online, please check with your respective issuing bank. Please take note that credit card will be charged once the order is confirmed. We will notify you if item you order is out of stock, your credit card will not be charged if the item you order is out of stock.

PharmacyMalaysia.com reserved the right to reject any credit card transaction if deem unfit. PharmacyMalaysia.com reserved the right to request for additional information for verifications purposes.

Kindly take note that your payment is processed by NetBuilder (M) Sdn Bhd The name of NetBuilder EC will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification e-mail from NetBuilder (M) Sdn Bhd on this transaction.

5. Adding Items to your Shopping Cart

To select the items, click on the Product Categories displayed on the Left panel and start browsing. A list of products will be displayed under each category. To learn more about the product, click on "Click here for more details". When you have found the item you want, click on "Add to Cart". Your shopping cart details will be shown each time you add a new item.

Click on the "Continue Shopping" to browse for more products or "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout counter.

6. Product Search

You have two options to search for products.

a) Convenient method: Enter the keywords in "Search" Box on the top left corner and click "Enter". While this method is convenient, it only list the basic items under your keyword search.

To search for products of a particular brand, go to "PRODUCT BY BRAND" at the left panel, and see if the brand you are looking for is listed.
If you need a particular product that is not listed in our store, you may drop us an email stating your contact details and enquiry. We may carry the product you need but haven't publish it in our store yet.

7. Shopping Cart

A shopping cart tap is displayed permanently on the Top panel & below the login box. Your shopping cart's total item and total amount will be shown. The shopping cart is automatically updated each time you add a new item.

8. Changing Quantity or Remove Item

When you are done selecting the items you want, click on the "Show Cart" button on the top panel or below login box. Check the details of the items you have added. If you need to change the quantity of a particular item, change the figure shown under QTY and click "Change QTY". To remove an item, click on the "Remove" button found on the right side of each item. If you want to use any gift voucher or discount coupons, please fill in the voucher/coupon number in the box displayed before checking out. Give your cart a final check and then click on the "Checkout" button.

9. Checkout

If you are a returning customer, your shipping and billing details will be displayed. If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to register a new customer account (see Account Registration for details). After you have registered, you will be taken back to the checkout page. Check your details, modify as necessary. Then click "Next".

Next you are required to choose your Shipping and Payment Method (see Delivery and Payment). Your shipping option based on the shipping address you have provided will be displayed. Select the shipping method and click "Next".
You can enter your coupon/voucher number in the box before you click "Next", your purchase details will be displayed. If your purchase amount qualifies for free shipping, it will be automatically deducted from your bill. If the details are in order, click "Confirm Order". You will be directed to our secure online payment gateway for further online transaction steps.

10. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 1 - 5 working days. (Subject to Delivery Area and Mode of Delivery). If all items ordered are in stock, PharmacyMalaysia.com shall send out the order on the next working day.

All orders with payment come in after 9.30 p.m. (Local Time) shall not be calculated as one (1) working days. However, this does not mean that the order comes in before 9.30 p.m. will be send out the next working day. This is due to the uncertainty of timing from the courier company.

PharmacyMalaysia.com shall inform customer if there is any delay with the order with the reason of delay.

All our orders are delivered via COURIER company. Please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address when we send out the order. Otherwise, we reserved the right to charged for re-send of order.

Because we engaged the courier company to deliver all our orders, please be informed that we will not be able to accommodate on the time of delivery. Special arrangement can be made on the time of delivery. However, extra charges will apply.

Note : Calculations of the delivery day is from the date of the payment made (full payment including shipping, if applicable), not order date.

11. Shipping Charges to Other Countries (Out of Malaysia)

Please request for shipping charges before payment. We will still refund to you if you don't agree with our shipping cost.
